Terms of Use

These terms apply to the #Anonym apps and to the relay at relay.ninjamsg.fyi, run by Dmitry (support@ninjamsg.fyi). You accept them when you create an identity or link a device.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not use #Anonym to send or share:
- anything that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- harassment, threats, bullying or hate against anyone;
- sexual content sent to someone who did not ask for it;
- content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- spam, scams or malware;
- anything else that is illegal where you or the recipient are.
Report and block
- Report a message: press and hold it, then choose Report.
- Report a person: open the contact, or the member in a group, and choose Report. The report sends the relay's operator the address, the reason and the messages the report sheet names.
- Block: on the same screens. Blocking stops that address's messages and calls on your device, in groups too, and nobody is told.
What the operator does
The operator reviews every report within 24 hours. When a report shows a breach of these terms, the operator bans the address: it can no longer sign in, send or receive anything through the relay, nobody can start a new conversation with it, and whatever it left waiting on the relay is deleted. Messages are end-to-end encrypted and stay on the devices they were delivered to; the person who received them can delete them there.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you send. Keep your passcode to yourself: there is no account, so nobody can restore access to an identity.
Other relays
You can choose another relay in the app. Its operator's terms and moderation then apply to it.
No warranty
The apps and the relay are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, without liability for anything sent through them.
App Store
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too; these terms add to it.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published here with a new date.

Никакой терпимости к недопустимому контенту и злоупотреблениям
Недопустимый контент и оскорбительное поведение не допускаются. Не используйте #Anonym, чтобы отправлять или распространять:
- всё, что сексуально эксплуатирует детей или подвергает их опасности;
- травлю, угрозы, оскорбления или ненависть к кому-либо;
- сексуальный контент тем, кто его не просил;
- контент, призывающий к насилию, терроризму или самоповреждению;
- спам, мошенничество или вредоносные программы;
- всё остальное, что незаконно там, где находитесь вы или получатель.
Жалоба и блокировка
- Пожаловаться на сообщение: нажмите на него и удерживайте, затем выберите «Пожаловаться».
- Пожаловаться на человека: откройте контакт или участника группы и выберите «Пожаловаться». Жалоба отправляет оператору релея адрес, причину и сообщения, названные в окне жалобы.
- Заблокировать: на тех же экранах. Блокировка останавливает сообщения и звонки с этого адреса на вашем устройстве, в группах тоже, и никто об этом не узнаёт.
Что делает оператор
Оператор рассматривает каждую жалобу в течение 24 часов. Если жалоба подтверждает нарушение этих условий, оператор блокирует адрес: он больше не может войти, отправить или получить что-либо через релей, никто не может начать с ним новую переписку, а всё, что он оставил ждать на релее, удаляется. Сообщения зашифрованы сквозным шифрованием и остаются на устройствах, куда были доставлены; получатель может удалить их там.
Ваша ответственность
Вы отвечаете за то, что отправляете. Никому не сообщайте код-пароль: аккаунта нет, поэтому восстановить доступ к личности не может никто.
Другие релеи
В приложении можно выбрать другой релей. Тогда действуют условия и модерация его оператора.
Без гарантий
Приложения и релей предоставляются как есть, без каких-либо гарантий и, насколько позволяет закон, без ответственности за то, что через них отправлено.
App Store
Если вы установили приложение из App Store, действует также лицензионное соглашение Apple с конечным пользователем; эти условия дополняют его.
Изменения
Если условия изменятся, новая версия будет опубликована здесь с новой датой.

Estas condiciones se aplican a las apps de #Anonym y al relé relay.ninjamsg.fyi, gestionado por Dmitry (support@ninjamsg.fyi). Las aceptas al crear una identidad o vincular un dispositivo.
Tolerancia cero con el contenido inapropiado y el abuso
No se toleran contenidos inapropiados ni usuarios abusivos. No uses #Anonym para enviar o compartir:
- nada que explote sexualmente a menores o los ponga en peligro;
- acoso, amenazas, intimidación u odio contra nadie;
- contenido sexual a quien no lo pidió;
- contenido que promueva la violencia, el terrorismo o las autolesiones;
- spam, estafas o programas maliciosos;
- cualquier otra cosa ilegal donde estés tú o el destinatario.
Denunciar y bloquear
- Denunciar un mensaje: mantenlo pulsado y elige Denunciar.
- Denunciar a una persona: abre el contacto, o el miembro en un grupo, y elige Denunciar. La denuncia envía al operador del relé la dirección, el motivo y los mensajes que indica la ventana de denuncia.
- Bloquear: en las mismas pantallas. Bloquear detiene los mensajes y las llamadas de esa dirección en tu dispositivo, también en los grupos, y nadie se entera.
Qué hace el operador
El operador revisa cada denuncia en un plazo de 24 horas. Si una denuncia muestra que se incumplen estas condiciones, el operador bloquea la dirección: ya no puede iniciar sesión, enviar ni recibir nada a través del relé, nadie puede empezar una conversación nueva con ella y se borra lo que dejó esperando en el relé. Los mensajes están cifrados de extremo a extremo y se quedan en los dispositivos a los que se entregaron; quien los recibió puede borrarlos allí.
Tu responsabilidad
Eres responsable de lo que envías. No compartas tu código: no hay cuenta, así que nadie puede recuperar el acceso a una identidad.
Otros relés
En la app puedes elegir otro relé. Entonces se aplican las condiciones y la moderación de su operador.
Sin garantía
Las apps y el relé se ofrecen tal cual, sin garantía de ningún tipo y, en la medida en que la ley lo permita, sin responsabilidad por lo que se envíe a través de ellos.
App Store
Si obtuviste la app en el App Store, también se aplica el Contrato de licencia de aplicación con licencia para el usuario final de Apple; estas condiciones lo complementan.
Cambios
Si estas condiciones cambian, la nueva versión se publicará aquí con una nueva fecha.
